If you are unhappy with your order in general, we will refund your money provided you send us the merchandise in unused condition within 30 days of receiving.Tracking number should be provided to us within 4 days after seeing our retrun address.

Simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item. you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. our returns service will allow you to create a pre-paid return label.
you will need a printer to print the return label.

Conditions for full refund:

• All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing)

• Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box)

• Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging

• Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee

• Shipping costs for returns are not refundable

• Allow up to 3 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund
